Appointment Cancellation
Patients may request cancellation of appointments prior to sample collection or test initiation. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance via phone, email, or at our reception.
Partial Refunds
In case of test cancellation due to technical issues, machine breakdown, or inability to process the sample from our end, an alternative test, rescheduling, or partial/full refund may be provided at management’s discretion.
